A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit can be redeemed against any treatment. Deposits are refundable as long as appointments are rescheduled or the cancellation is more than 24 hours before your appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable for non-attendance
or if reschedule/cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please make sure you arrive on time, have had food & drink prior to your appointment at least 45mins before (for aesthetic clients) no plus 1s in the clinic, please arrive alone. If you arrive early to your appointment please wait in your car until your appointment time as I will be with another client in the clinic.

Covid 19 vaccine - if you are having the vaccine, you must ensure your vaccine has been administered at least 3 weeks before any appointment & 3 weeks after having the vaccine to minimise risk of increased swelling & to protect other clients & staff members.
Lateness: If you’re more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to go ahead with the treatment, the deposit will be lost to cover the missed appointment and a new deposit is required to re-book.No shows will not be allowed to re-book without a courtesy message.
